INDUSTRY VETERAN TAPPED TO LEAD FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND MUSIC VENTURE IN NASHVILLE

NASHVILLE, TN – After an exhaustive nationwide search, Fort Knox Studios Nashville is pleased to announce veteran music industry professional Ray Amico as General Manager.  Amico brings over 25 years of production, tour management and studio experience to lead Nashville’s newest creative industry ecosystem.

Among the dozens of internationally acclaimed artists and celebrities who have called on Amico’s expertise represent a wide variety, ranging from such artists as Toni Braxton, Daryl Hall & John Oates, System of A Down, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Kesha, DEVO, and comedians George Lopez and Jim Gaffigan.

Upon learning of Amico’s appointment, 7-time Grammy Award and 7-time American Music Award winning artist Toni Braxton commented: “As my Production Manager for years, Ray has done such a great job and I think the artist community of Nashville is lucky to have him. In addition, Amico is considered an industry authority whose expertise is regularly called upon in areas pertaining to the changing industry landscape and growing needs of musicians on tour.  Ray Amico is originally from New York City and has relocated to Nashville full time from Palm Springs, CA.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication degree from CUNY Queens College.
